Emirati singer has made her dramatic comeback to the popular “The Voice” show, which is aired on MBC TV Channel, the Arabic version of popular talent show The Voice.
The same channel had evicted the Emirati singer last November and replaced her arch-rival Kuwaiti singer Nawal Al-Kuwaitia.
Nawal Al-Kuwaitia herself had announced the news as she posted a tweet on her official account saying that she will be joining Elissa, Assi Al-Hallani and Mohammed Hamaki in the 4th season of “The Voice”.
In a dramatic U-Turn, Ahlem will be present among the panel of judges when MBC Channel starts broadcasting the fourth edition of the popular talent show on Saturday – corresponding to the 10th of February.
The decision of the MBC Group to reinstate Ahlem and excluded the Kuwaiti singer sent made headlines on social media websites and fuelled a “war of words” between the fans of the two singers.
Lebanese Elissa and Egyptian Mohammed Hamaki, both singers, will make their first appearance, replacing Iraqi Kathem Al-Saher and Egyptian Sherene.
