Jamie Price of St Christopher’s School and Fatima Mahmood of MKS finished first among boys and girls in the senior section of a three-kilometre run arranged by Lycee Francais MLF de Bahrain (the French School) at Arad Bay Corniche in Muharraq.
St Christopher’s runners were dominant in the intermediate and junior sections. Charlie Sissons and Kissy Price topped in the intermediate section while Vince Vrihof and Maram Zainal were the junior winners. Arthur Peurin and Vivia Feghali emerged winners in the under-11 section.
Over 150 students from five private schools in Bahrain took part in the run arranged as part of Bahrain Private School Sports League.
The next run is scheduled to take place on January 11 next year.
