Mazad has launched an upgraded seller portal, a move aimed at transforming the company from a traditional auction house into a fully digital marketplace.
The new portal allows individuals and businesses in Bahrain and elsewhere to list and sell a variety of assets online, including special licence plates, luxury collectibles, cars, and real estate. The redesign simplifies the selling process with a modern interface, letting users upload items in a few steps.
“Mazad is no longer just an auction house; we are building a marketplace where anyone can participate,” said Mazad chief executive Nezar Habib. “The seller portal empowers users to take control of their listings and sell with confidence.”
The updated platform also introduces a ‘Buy Now’ feature, giving sellers the option to offer items for immediate sale in addition to traditional timed auctions. The redesign includes an improved user interface, offering a more intuitive experience for buyers and sellers.
Mazad continues to feature high-end watches, fine leather goods, jewellery, exclusive real estate, and yachts on its platform. The company said the new portal makes it easier for users to participate in the marketplace.
