MANAMA: Bahrain-based Invita, a regional provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has signed an agreement to manage the call centre of the Tender Board of Bahrain.
A statement said the agreement aims at providing quality service to the stakeholders, offering consistency in service and prompt support to the government’s purchasing agencies, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders in the kingdom.
The call centre will support this agreement by increasing the awareness of tendering processes, guiding stakeholders on various tender requirements and ensuring timely response to issues related to the e-tendering system queries, thereby assuring the highest quality of service.
Invita’s chief executive Rahul Bhalla said a dedicated team of skilled agents together with quality management and security policies will form the perfect setting for the highest standards of service and achieving the desired outcome.
Invita has ISO 9001:2008 and PCI DSS v3.2 certifications.
