THE Indian School Bahrain (ISB) has achieved a pass percentage of 99.3 in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class XII examinations held in March, the results of which were announced yesterday.
It was the highest pass percentage achieved by the school in the past seven years.
Out of 665 students who took the exam, a large number of students scored above 90pc, while 17 achieved A1 in all subjects.
Blessy Joy Sathya was top of the school with 97.2pc, followed by Karthik Madhusoodanan (96.4pc) and Namitha Ann Binu (96pc).
All three were from the Humanities stream.
Simreen Kaur stood first place in the Science stream securing 95.8pc, followed by Nithesh Hariharan (95.6pc) and Alvin Antony Shaju and Athira Suja Prakash (both 95.4pc).
In the Commerce stream, Shalini Sethu Madhav stood first securing 93.8pc, followed by Anjana Sundar (93.2pc) and Anabelle Maria Pinto (92.6pc).
