The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, a leading government agency, has opened a new 24/7 Smart Customer Happiness Centre at Umm Al Ramool.
The centre was launched by Mattar Al Tayer, director-general and chairman of the board of executive directors, RTA.
Customers can enjoy a host of Smart services 24/7 at the centre. It consists of two smart kiosks, a scanner, two computers, one ATM with cash deposit facility, a Salik top-up machine and a kiosk for refreshments.
The computers can be used for submitting documents any time of the day through the RTA's online and smart services.
The services provided by this centre include: Driving licence renewal, fine enquiry, vehicle registration renewal, issuance of parking seasonal cards, certificates, collection services, and re-issuance of lost or damaged driving license, re-issuance of lost or damaged vehicle registration cards, etc.
