Celebrity chefs Andy Bates and Silvena Rowe are warming up their kitchens in preparation for the first BBC Good Food Show Dubai, which opens its doors from December 17 to 19 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
In a sneak peek preview event at Vida Downtown Dubai, the chefs prepared two of their signature dishes, Silvena Rowe’s bestselling Omnia Beauty Bliss Balls and Andy Bates’ classic sea bass ceviche.
The chefs will be joined by other household names James Martin, Paul Hollywood, Ed Baines and Atul Kochhar, who will all be starring in the Supertheatre for live cooking demonstrations, as well as on-stage interview sessions and book signings at the BBC Good Food Show Dubai.
