MANAMA: Ahli United Bank (AUB) has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) supported chatbot service via WhatsApp for businesses with plans to enable transactions on the platform soon.
AUB Group head for digital transformation Samih Abutaleb told the GDN on the sidelines of the launch event at the bank’s head office in Seef that it had taken the lead in integrating its system with an AI-supported chatting service in response to the Central Bank of Bahrain’s open banking push .
