Everyone has a goal in their life - to better themselves physically, mentally or personality-wise.
However, here is an example of someone who may have started off on plastic surgery to attain a perfect look and body but her obsession has led her to change her appearance so drastically that her friends and family are ashamed of how she looks and have stopped speaking to her.
Fulvia Pellefgrino, from Peveragno, Italy has spent more than $76,000 on surgery and does not intend to stop anytime soon.
