Kabir Bedi surprised everyone after he married his long-time partner Parveen Dusanj on his 70th birthday in a private ceremony at Alibaug, outside Mumbai.
The veteran actor has been married thrice before to Protima Bedi, Susan Humphrey, and Nikki Bedi.
His daughter, Pooja Bedi, who was not invited to attend the wedding due to differences with her stepmom took on to twitter to share her feelings.
She wrote on microblogging site Twitter, "Every fairy tale has a wicked witch or an evil step-mother! Mine has just arrived.” She, however, deleted the tweet in which she compared her stepmother with a wicked witch.
In another tweet, she said, "Deleted the last tweet on my dad's Kabir Bedi's 4th marriage. Let’s keep things positive. I wish him the best."
Kabir Bedi did not like his daughter’s behaviour and her reaction in his personal affairs. He also expressed his displeasure on twitter saying, "DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED by venomous comments by my daughter Pooja against @parveendusanj just after we married. NO, excuse for bad behaviour." [sic]
Pooja Bedi, 45, is Kabir Bedi's daughter with his first wife, late dancer Protima Bedi.
Hopefully, they would resolve their differences and live happily ever after, just like in fairy tales.
