Rugby Club Reds pulled off a tough 14-12 victory over British Club ‘B’ in the Bahrain Netball League at British Club last night.
Charlie Baker was the player of the match for the winners while Dafnie Themistocleous was named the best player of British Club ‘B’.
Rugby Club ‘A’, meanwhile, held off British Club ‘A’ 17-11.
Jo Mannings was the best player of Rugby Club ‘A’ and Jessica Sellers of British Club ‘A’ was her team’s player of the match.
In another encounter, Top Shots Shooters battled past Rugby Club Flames 13-10.
Lorna Anne Milligan and Coco Dsouza were named the players of the match for the winners and Flames respectively.
Dilmun Club Youth eased past British Club ‘C’ 22-3 in another match.
The player of the match for the winners was Amy Brereton-Stuart while Grace Afante was selected as the best player of British Club ‘C’.
