Riyadh: Four people were arrested for their involvement in several robberies in Riyadh.
According to a report in Arabic daily Al-Jazirah, the accused formed a gang and broke into shops and houses to conduct robbery at gunpoint.
A team of undercover policemen caught them red-handed as they were breaking into a shop.
They also seized a pistol and tools they used in robberies.
They admitted to robberies in ten houses in several districts of Riyadh.
Police also arrested an Arab national for renting his car to the gang which was used in perpetrating the crimes.
