Dubai: The Russian Space Agency (ROSCOSMOS) released a dazzling picture of Dubai.
The photo which was posted on ROSCOMOS Instagram account was taken by Russian astronaut Oleg Ivanovich Skripochka.
“How can a small city, whose population does not exceed 100,000, be so glittering at night with lights!”, he exclaimed.
ROSCOMOS asked its followers to express their opinion, say whether it is a small or mega city. Eventually it asked them to identify the city, Al Bayan reported.
