Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister Essam Khalaf called on citizens, residents and applicants who have paid insurance amounts to contact the municipalities for refund.
The refund is possible after the buildings, road works or advertisements are completed and the licensee has fulfilled the money-back conditions .
