Monza, Italy: The FIA Formula 3 series race at the Monza circuit in Italy will certainly be remembered for Ferrari protege Lance Stroll’s crash, which was triggered by contact with Antonio Giovinazzi in a battle for fifth spot.
As Stroll's car came in contact with Giovinazzi's, his vehicle spiralled into the air. However, Stroll made a maraculous escape.
Stroll may have survived the crash, but has been censured by race officials for the incident that caused his spectacular roll.
He has been has been ordered to start the final race of the weekend from the pitlane.
Stroll was found guilty of blocking championship leader Giovinazzi as they entered the Curva Grande, and the resulting collision pitched the Canadian into a barrel roll.
