Manama: Real estate development company, Bin Faqeeh, is pressing on with its five-year plan, “Limited 5”, which seeks to launch a number of exclusive luxury real estate projects annually for a period of five years.
The plan began last year, said Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company head of marketing Nadia Bouslama.
The projects included in the plan stand out among the competition in the GCC by offering unique luxurious lifestyle experiences on the highest levels of competency in both planning and execution, she added.
The Waterbay project arrived on the scene as the first Limited 5 project.
An exclusive residential apartment building with select retail brands and dining outlets on the ground floor, located in the Bahrain Bay area across from the Four Seasons Hotel, Waterbay “promises the warmest and most intimate home experience in the context of a superior residential setting, on par with the best regarded hotels around the world”, said Ms Bouslama.
The exterior of the architectural wonder resembles a glimmering yacht, signalling the projects signature combination of the high-end life and design innovation.
Inside, the wide corridors recall those of renowned five-star hotels, with a rooftop running track and a panorama of Bahrain and the Gulf.
The Waterbay also boasts of a swimming pool, gyms for men and women, prayer rooms, movie theaters, a nursery, multi-purpose rooms, restaurants and coffee shops with delivery services.
Catering to its out-of-town clients from GCC countries, Bin Faqeeh offers a luxury concierge and car service to and from the property, in addition to water taxi transportation to the nearby Avenues Mall in collaboration with Bahrain Bay.
“The project comprises a classic East-meets-West atmosphere. While the architecture is inspired by Arabic designs, the apartments bring forth an elegant contemporary lifestyle experience. The project comes as a recreational destination for residents of the region, sparing them the costs and efforts of travelling abroad,” said Ms Bouslama.
“We are also happy to confirm that work on the Layan project is underway.”
Billed as the crown jewel of luxury real estate in the region, the unique and exclusive project promises its residents a private waterpark, surrounded by a series of recreational and entertainment facilities, as well as a number of restaurants and international brands, not to mention the marina and sea view, she said.
According to her, Bin Faqeeh had a “game-changing strategy with each new project, placing Layan at the forefront, with the comprehensive entertainment and relaxation experience it offers its residents, in addition to its attractive sports facilities, surrounded by the tropical landscape of lush green spaces around a 300m swimming pool”.
“The project also boasts of an artificial wave pool for surfing enthusiasts, as well as a state of the art water cinema and two island restaurants centered in the pool for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.”
