Bahrain: A women-only beach will be opened on the new Askar coast with female security guards deployed to keep out peeping Toms and trespassers, according to a top official.
The Southern Municipal Council approved the proposal yesterday and referred it to Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning Affairs Minister Essam Khalaf who will study its implementation .
