Doha: The Amir of Qatar Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued an Amiri decree appointing Sultan bin Saad bin Sultan Al-Merrikhi as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
The Amiri decree shall take effect on the day of its publication in Qatar’s official Gazette.
