MANAMA: The Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention and Spa has announced the promotion of Fares Yactine to the post of general manager of Gulf Hotel Bahrain and vice-president Middle East and Africa for the Gulf Hotels Group, effective from January 1.
With a noteworthy ‘24 years plus’ track record in the hospitality industry, in multinational hotel chains, Mr Yactine has worked in hotel groups such as Melia, IHG, Habtoor Hospitality, Accor and the Gulf Hotel Bahrain from 2007 to 2011, and thereafter from 2018 .
