MANAMA: Friday sermons and prayers will be restricted to the main mosques which were designated before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Sunni Endowments Directorate yesterday issued a circular announcing the new regulation which will take effect on May 20.
Mosques which held Friday sermons and prayers temporarily during the pandemic will be restricted to the five daily prayers only.
