Kuwait: Kuwait's marksman Abdullah Al-Rashidi made a triumphant return to home after clinching the bronze medal in the skeet championship in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, held in Brazil.
He was welcomed home at Kuwait International Airport by Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah and other officials, family relatives and supporters.
Al-Rashidi hit all 16 discs to beat Ukrainian Mikola Milchev, who missed two to settle at 14 discs.
This is the second medal after Fehaid Al-Daihani won the gold of the double-trap championship in Rio last Wednesday.
Al-Rashidi topped the qualifying round by smashing 123 out of 125, reported Arabic daily Al-Rai.
