WITH reference to your feature titled ‘Hospital offers health care services at home’ (GDN, June 20), I have personally experienced KIMSHEALTH’s home care services for my elderly mother earlier this year.
I cannot speak highly enough of their friendly and professional staff, right from my first phone call to their manager Karuna, to several subsequent visits by various medical practitioners, including physiotherapist Aradhya, several nurses, and an angelic doctor (Dr Fadia Al Shareef).
Each one of these personnel demonstrated professionalism, positivity, courtesy and compassion.
Both my mother and I are eternally grateful to each of these individuals at KIMSHEALTH’s Health at Home service which provides to an absolutely essential need of Bahrain’s residents.
