Kuwait's Public Authority for Civil Aviation said Kuwait International Airport was targeted by several drones, damaging the airport’s radar system, without any human injuries.
According to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the Authority’s spokesperson Abdullah Al Rajhi said the incident was handled according to the emergency plan in place since the start of the crisis, in full coordination with the relevant authorities.
Al Rajhi noted the Authority’s commitment to taking all necessary measures to safeguard the security and safety of civil aviation in Kuwait.
