TWO people will stand trial for allegedly performing acts of debauchery using sex toys.
A 45-year-old female Gulf national was arrested following the screening of video footage that went viral on social media which allegedly contained explicit content.
The woman, whose nationality has not been revealed, is alleged to have participated in indecent acts.
Authorities carried out investigations and uncovered her identity.
She appeared at the Public Prosecution along with a man who allegedly sold the clothes the woman had worn during the indecent acts.
“The defendant will appear at the Lower Criminal Court next week,” said a statement yesterday.
“They will face charges of misusing telecommunication services, public indecency and importing sex toys.
