BTEA to launch ‘Bahrain Beach Festival’ at Bilaj Al Jazayer
Here I come.
@zonicorner
I appreciate their efforts, but most of the events generally feel the same. Same content, packaged differently.
@thriller.xf
That sounds nice but we should also make sure people clean up afterwards and not leave rubbish lying around or thrown in the sea! There should be a fine for that.
@hannah.alabbasi
Everyday or just weekends?
@garysweeney
Oh good, so they can make it dirty and nasty like they do everywhere.
@om_laila_630
Mmmm, food trucks and a lot of waste from single-use stuff for sure ... not really something people are looking for. Why not have a sustainable beach festival with information on sea life preservation and the issue of climate change with sustainable non-single use items, etc rather than pollution?
@environmanbahrain
Here we go again.
@mw7ii
I think wrong timing due the heat and the humidity, and most people are away on holiday. Should do it earlier or after July and August.
@tony_moses_79
Don’t forget to pollute.
@adel_jabbar
Is there an entry fee?
@cheryll_17
Will ladies in normal swim suits be kicked out of there?
Irina Qarqoor
Let’s hope not as the weather will be very very very hot.
Naveed Akhtar
We will be there soon.
Subhash Gunawardhane
It’s very beautiful.
Nadini Subashini
Bahrain aims to double number of trees by 2035
Then stop cutting them down. And stop dredging the ocean. And stop killing the coral.
@sarasoraroxas
When will we see a nice botanic and tropical garden in Bahrain? Like Gardens By the Bay in Singapore? It would be unique.
@peerkroner
Why are they drowning that poor tree?
@digitalabdullah
We can reduce the atmospheric temperature by planting trees; great initiative for the future.
KRanil Kurup
Great.
Kumar Sk
Great and thanks for the initiative taken by the kingdom.
Nagaraj Kasiraju
Planting trees very good idea ... best for environment ... plenty of oxygen...
Lucia Atchecoso
Well done.
