Oman has announced that more than 300 inmates have been pardoned by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.
The special pardon involves 308 inmates convicted in different cases, including 119 foreign inmates, Oman News Agency reported.
