MANAMA: Challenges faced by startups in obtaining insurance solutions were discussed during a talk organised by The Collective Hub Powered by Tenmou.
The event was held with support from Bahrain National Insurance (bni) and Bahrain National Life Assurance (bnl), whose representatives spoke about how they are curating SME friendly insurance solutions to support the ecosystem’s growth and sustainability.
Panellists included Mohamed Al Maraj, chief officer for general insurance at bni; Shaikha AlQasim, manager for medical underwriting at bnl; Khalid Alblooshi, founder of K Labs; and Abdulrahman AlKooheji, founder of Nadher Media.
Enas Asiri, chief executive of bnl, applauded The Collective Hub for its initiative in providing a platform to shed more light on medical insurance, specifically the newly launched product, ‘nmou’ which is a comprehensive healthcare plan designed exclusively for small and medium enterprises to support their workforce for healthier business performance and to directly address all concerns related to insurance.
