Information Affairs Minister Dr Ramzan Al Nuaimi yesterday received Egyptian Ambassador Yasser Shaban.
The minister congratulated the envoy on Egypt’s celebrations of the anniversary of the glorious July Revolution, praising the deep-rooted strong fraternal relations between Bahrain and Egypt.
Dr Al Nuaimi discussed with the ambassador ways to enhance bilateral co-operation across various fields, especially media.
Ambassador Shaban expressed thanks and appreciation to the minister for the meeting, and conveyed to him the greetings and appreciation of the Egyptian government for his constant co-operation, and for the outstanding coverage of Egypt’s national occasions by the Bahrain Radio and Television, which reflects the depth of the long-standing relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
