GLOBAL singing sensation Justin Bieber has announced that he will be taking a break from touring for the time being to focus on his health.
The Al Dana Amphitheatre, in which the Canadian star was going to be performing at on October 5 in Sakhir, shared the statement made about the Justice World Tour as a post on its Instagram account.
“Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, where my face was partly paralysed,” said the multi-platinum and multi-Grammy award-winning singer. “As the result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America leg of the Justice Tour.”
The tour had originally kicked off in February but shows across North America were postponed in June due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.
The 28-year-old then revealed that ‘after resting and consulting with doctors, family and team’ he went on to Europe in an effort to continue with the tour.
He started on July 31 with a show at Lucca Summer Festival in Italy.

“I performed six live shows, but it took a real toll on me,” he said. “This past weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil.
“After getting off the stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realised that I need to make my health the priority right now. So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being. I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better.
“I’ve been so proud to bring this show and our message of Justice to the world. Thank you for your prayers and support throughout all of this! I love you all passionately!”
The pop phenomenon was supposed to set off to South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand next and then back to Europe in 2023.
The Al Dana Amphitheatre wished Bieber a speedy recovery in the shared post.
