MANAMA: Gulf Customer Experience (Gulf CX), a Bahrain-based digital business process outsourcing provider, has signed a partnership agreement for contact centre outsourcing with the UAE’s Freehold Mediation and Information (FMI), a real estate consultancy.
Under the agreement, Gulf CX will handle appointment scheduling and co-ordination on behalf of FMI and the two will partner on a media campaign using voice, email and social channels targeting real estate investors, stakeholders and property-related parties on investment methods and means to solve problems.
FMI said it has a unique model providing investors with an in-depth market research report and proprietary market study detailing important information that is specific to each investment and corresponding underlying issues.
These results equip investors with all the information they need to seek resolution on their investment, including settlement, litigation, or asset relocation, said FMI chief executive Hamad Qasemi.
“During the 2009 global financial crisis, FMI emerged as a provider of consultancy and mediation solutions for real estate owners with on-hold investments.
As real estate development projects and investment opportunities were abandoned at alarming rates, FMI stepped in to help mediate, counsel, and connect investors to investment resolutions,” he added.
“We have since helped thousands of investors worldwide resolve on-hold issues, saving them time and money.”
According to him, the agreement with Gulf CX allows the consultancy to outsource “a critical component of our business that was slowing us down”.
“We will be able to increase the number of investors we work with, and tackle their issues with even more care and attention,” said Mr Qasemi.
He added that on-hold investments of more than $136 million had registered with FMI so far.
Gulf CX CEO Rami Sweis said it has developed a “custom solution that streamlines the appointment scheduling and registration process for FMI’s increasingly large client base, allowing FMI to focus on their core: Consultancy and mediation”.
