Bapco Tazweed, a Bapco Energies Group subsidiary company, has reopened the Hamad Town Service Station following the completion of development and modernisation works.
The move is part of a project aiming to modernise fuel supply services and geographical expansion undertaken by the company in accordance with the requirements of the new generation of fuel stations network to provide customers with better facilities.
The station was reconstructed on an area of approximately 10,700sqm, after demolishing the old facilities and building them according to the latest international systems, in record time and at less cost than the allocated budget, according to a report in our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
The station includes six gasoline pumps and two diesel and kerosene pumps, and can accommodate 16 vehicles at the same time.
The highest environmental and safety requirements were also taken into account.
