Art lovers have been invited to the opening of the exhibition, Hussain Al Sunni - A Retrospective, at the Bahrain National Museum on October 1.
According to the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, this is the most inclusive exhibition of Mr Al Sunni’s work to be ever displayed.
It will include about 100 paintings, drawings, prints and sketches belonging to the artist dated from the mid 70s until his passing in 1998.
The retrospective aims to offer a fresh perspective on his art, presenting alongside his best-known rare paintings.
The exhibition, which opens at 7pm on October 1 will run until December 31.
