KHALID bin Hamad Al Khalifa Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA) team member Ali Ibrahimi went down fighting against Austrian fighter Bogdan Grad in the second round of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) World Championship for Amateurs in Las Vegas.
First deputy chairman of Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa watched the 70kg category clash.
Shaikh Khalid stressed the KHK MMA team benefited from the participation in this prestigious event for amateurs.
Meanwhile, Shaikh Khalid met Lebanese team fighters Emad Al Haweek and Joeshwa Mortada after they won their second round. He praised both fighters for raising the Bahrain flag after their victories.
