F1 – BAHRAIN will be hosting the fourth of 24 rounds in next year’s FIA Formula 1 World Championship, the F1 announced yesterday.
The F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 is scheduled to take place from April 11 to 13 at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir.
It will be a part of the F1 world championship’s landmark 75th anniversary.
Announcing its 2025 season calendar, F1 said racing will begin in Melbourne with the Australian Grand Prix from March 14 to 16, following by round two in Shanghai, China from March 21 to 23. Suzuka in Japan will be the third stop from April 4 to 6 before moving to Sakhir.
The testing schedule and the sprint calendar are set to be announced at a later date.
The current season has sprints at six Grands Prix – China, Miami, Austria, US (Austin), Brazil and Qatar.
Following the race in Bahrain, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will be held in Jeddah a week later, from April 18 to 20. The season then continues all throughout the year until the 2025 finale in Abu Dhabi from December 5 to 7.
