A NUMBER of MPs have proposed that the productivity of an employee in any government establishment must be measured by the number of tasks completed successfully than by the number of hours logged.
Recommending an amendment to the 2010 Civil Service Law, five members of Parliament, led by Dr Ali Al Nuaimi, pointed out that more work was done quickly and efficiently from March 2020 to June 2022 during the Covid-19 pandemic .
