A man and his elderly father, who ambushed and beat up a policeman who had come to their house to arrest the man’s brother, have lost their appeal at the Supreme Criminal Appeals Court.
The 32-year-old Bahraini appellant was earlier found guilty of assaulting a public security officer while he and his father were both convicted of disrespecting the policeman .
