Football legends Roberto Carlos @oficialrc3 and John Terry @johnterry.26 are set to play in a charity football match in Bahrain early next year, it has been announced.
The exhibition game, entitled “Unity Kickoff – Play For a Cause”, is scheduled for January 31 at the National Stadium in Riffa.
It will also feature popular YouTubers, social media influencers, and renowned celebrities to make for an exciting, star-studded event.
The event is set to take place under the patronage of Supreme Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
It is being organised by DALLAH Promotions, in collaboration with the Bahrain Football Association and the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF).
All proceeds raised from the match will be donated to the RHF to support initiatives aimed at improving education and fighting poverty and hunger in poor countries, reinforcing the kingdom’s commitment to global humanitarian causes.
