Every year, smartphones get bigger and bigger.
Well, popular tech YouTuber Mrwhosetheboss, whose real name is Arun Maini, has just set a new Guinness World Record by building the world's largest iPhone, which is over two metres tall.
Maini, with the help of Matthew Perks, another YouTuber who goes by DIYPerks, built a working scaled-up version of the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
According to Guinness World Records, the phone has to be fully functional, including being able to scroll easily, send texts and emails, and operate all normal apps you would find on a phone.
It also needs to have a working camera, flashlight, and charging port.
Maini built the oversized phone to celebrate surpassing Apple in YouTube subscribers.
"It feels like a full circle moment. I'm so proud of both our team and Matt for pulling off what's never been done before," Maini said.
