NBB Group attended the first annual Conference on Enhancing GCC Joint Action held in Doha, Qatar. The conference was organised alongside the 83rd meeting of the GCC Central Bank Governors Committee. NBB Group chief executive-markets and client solutions Hisham AlKurdi and BisB chief strategy and sustainability officer Mohamed Alaali represented the group at the conference. The event focused on insightful panel discussions that addressed key topics such as the impact of exchange rate policies on the region’s financial and monetary stability. A dedicated session also explored fraud detection and cybersecurity in the age of fintech.
