EIGHTEEN licensed off-plan development projects are under construction with none of them classified as stalled, Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak has revealed.
He also affirmed the government’s firm commitment to strengthen the real estate sector through the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), highlighting its strategic role in enhancing investor protection, streamlining services and ensuring transparency .
