All children diagnosed with cancer will be transferred to the Bahrain National Oncology Centre within the next two weeks for treatment, Government Hospitals deputy chief executive Dr Raja Al Yousef said during the inauguration of a specialised head and neck cancer awareness platform at Avenues Mall yesterday.
The centre will become the main venue for treating both adults and children suffering from cancer in Bahrain, she clarified to our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej .
