A man, suspected of murdering his neighbour by stabbing him seven times, has once again been declared fit to stand trial by a panel of psychiatrists, the court heard yesterday.
The Bahraini defendant is on trial at the High Criminal Court for the alleged killing of Ali Mahdi Albasri, aged 57, whose lifeless body was found outside his apartment building in Shakhoora on February 27 this year .
