Eman Mojali, chief executive of Bahrain National Insurance Company (bni), addressed the IBIS Global Summit in Istanbul, sharing insights on the evolving Middle East insurance sector.
Ms Mojali, also an International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) Ambassador, emphasised the need for collaboration among insurers, bodyshops, and regulators to ensure fair client compensation.
“The future of insurance lies in our ability to reduce frictional costs while maintaining the highest standards of customer service,” Ms Mojali said. She added that customer focus must remain central to claims resolution, even with new technologies.
