Bahrain Ship Repairing and Engineering Company (Basrec) announced that its board of directors has accepted the resignation of John Robson from his position as chief executive, with effect from yesterday.
As part of the company’s succession plan, the board has appointed Narjis Almoosawi as acting chief executive, in addition to her current role as chief executive human capital and corporate services, until a permanent CEO is appointed .
