EDUCATION Minister Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma has confirmed that there has been a very strong response from eligible students registering for scholarships, with 95 per cent submitting their preferences through the ministry’s website.
This is the highest response rate recorded by the ministry, he pointed out yesterday .
