A court has ordered the destruction of a shipment of 33 knock-off designer bags, following a lawsuit raised by the local trademark owner of the French fashion brand.
The High Administrative Court ordered that the woman who imported the bags pay the cost of destroying the counterfeit goods, and compensate the plaintiff BD143 .
