The son of prominent Saudi Snapchat influencers Yosha Abdulaziz and Musa bin Turki drowned in a swimming pool in Riyadh on Friday.
The 17-month-old reportedly fell into the pool during a family visit at the home of Abdulaziz's sister. Despite many attempts to resuscitate him, he passed away.
Musa shared the tragic news in a Snapchat post: “To God we belong and to Him we return. God has taken what is His and given what is His, and everything with Him has an appointed time.”
The news quickly trended, and a wave of tributes flooded Saudi social media, with thousands extending condolences.
