Ombudswoman Ghada Habib yesterday received a delegation of staff members from the US Senate and House of Representatives.
The delegation was given an overview of the office’s mandate and operations, with a focus on its role as an independent body tasked with reviewing complaints and ensuring fair treatment in line with principles of transparency and impartiality.
