Supreme Council for Women (SCW) secretary general Lulwa Al Awadhi led an event organised by Bahrain, in co-operation with UN Women, to promote the third edition of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Global Award for Women’s Empowerment.
The event was held on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly at UN Women headquarters in New York, marking the launch of applications for participation .
