Bahrain's journalists and media personnel were honoured for their contribution and coverage in a ceremony at the National Assembly Complex in Gudaibiya yesterday.
Parliament Speaker Ahmed Al Musallam affirmed the central role that Bahraini media plays in the national development journey, describing the Press as a ‘strategic partner in parliamentary work’ and a ‘cornerstone of Bahrain’s comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad’ .
